    AI reads clauses, deadlines and required documents into structured fields.

The confirmation model

Humans confirm every fact. AI never decides alone.

Field level confirmation is not the same thing as the four process gates. It runs underneath them, on every fact the system extracts.

A source you can check

Every AI extracted field stays unconfirmed until a person ticks it. Each one carries its source document, the page it came from, and a verbatim snippet of the original text.

One at a time, where it matters

Money path and deadline fields cannot be confirmed in bulk. Each one is opened, checked against its source, and confirmed on its own.

Unmatched is never cleared

A requirement the system could not match is never shown as met. A pass that matched 20 of 265 requirements says so plainly, not with a green tick.

Coverage, not confidence

What gets reported is how much of the tender has actually been checked. Never a model's confidence score.
